Message from Valen:Hey Amour-ers,i've been researching about armwrestling as the sport itself and found the true definition.
As armwrestling a strength sport it,all core muscles that are being workout are the foundation of out strength.
Example like,if your a newbie in a strength sport,its best to start your push ups and pull ups firstly to improve your foundation instead of working in the gym for your specifics.
After maybe 6months of the compound excercises,the gym will help you specify the muscle you want to improve on.
We all armour-ers need to START PULLING ON THE TABLE to get better in armwrestling.
The only way to get better in armwrestling is to start training armwrestling which means by armwrestling and more armwrestling on the armwrestling table.
ARMWRESTLING is a specific sport and all those gym time you have could only help so much if they are not related into armwrestling,they can only support the specifics of armwrestling.
Heres maybe how i do it if i can:Monday,Thursday:Hardcore pulling,Wednesday,Saturday:Gym Time,Tuesday,Friday:Rehab time(running,jogging),Sunday:Day off.
In conclusion,to be a better armwrestler is to train by armwrestling more often and in between we go to the gym.
Also saying that armwrestling is a taxing sport.
we could get injured very easily,so find some days to rest and some days to pull hardcore!
Traing hard,Listen to your body,be consitent in armwrestling!
